By using our services, customers agree with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservation & Payment

All parking reservations must be confirmed in advance through our designated channels.

Payments are due two weeks prior to your departure.

Bookings made within 12 days of departure will incur a late booking fee of $25.00.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a $30.00 fee.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.

 

3. Vehicle Requirements

Customers must ensure their vehicle is roadworthy and legally registered.

Trailers and caravans are not accepted.

 

4. Petrol and EV Requirements

We kindly request that vehicles have a minimum of a quarter tank of fuel upon drop-off. This ensures efficient service and guarantees a hassle-free start to your journey.

A Type 2 charger is required for the EV charging option.

 

5. Vehicle Condition Recording

For quality service, we record any damages on each vehicle upon arrival.

This proactive measure provides transparency for both parties.

 

6. Parking Facilities & Security

Vehicles are stored in secure undercover parking facilities located around Darling Harbour, a short drive from both cruise terminals.

 

7. Special Assistance

We happily provide extra assistance to elderly and disabled customers during unloading and loading of luggage.

Please notify us in advance for special requirements.

 

8. Data Privacy

We only collect customer data for booking purposes.

We do not share personal details with third parties.

 

9. Updates to Terms & Conditions

We hold the right to update these terms at any time.

Customers will be notified of major changes.
